Upon graduation from McMinn County High School in 1993, I attended what used to be Lee College on a basketball and softball scholarship.  In 1998, I graduated from Lee Universty with two Bachelor degrees, one in Psychology and one in Sociology.  I worked locally in the social services sector, with the juvenile court system, before pursuing and receiving my Master of Education in School Counseling degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

I grew up in Athens, TN, and graduated from McMinn County High School in 1993.  I loved school and sports as a child, and was blessed to receive academic and athletic scholarships to what was, at the time, Lee College.  I enjoyed my time at Lee University immensely, and feel blessed to be able to call Cleveland home at this stage in my life.

My husband, Tim Myers, is a Bradley County Sheriff Deputy who spends the school year protecting and serving students throughout the county schools, and the summers patrolling the roads.  My son, Tucker, is a first grade student here at North Lee, and I love being able to see him grow and learn on a daily basis.  My daughter, Lola, is three years old, and is absolutely enamored with her big brother.

Currently, I am in a job-share situation with Lorri Wickam.  I feel blessed to have the best of both worlds right now.  I love working with the students and faculty of North Lee part-time, and I love being able to be a full-time mother on my days off.  My family attends First Baptist Church in Cleveland, TN, and we enjoy speding quality time together at the pool, riding bikes, or playing in the yard at home.
